Your account is not licensed for Drone2Map. Please ask your organization administrator to assign you an add-on Drone2Map license or a user type that includes Drone2Map (e.g. GIS Professional)
Error Message
Attempts to log in to ArcGIS Drone2Map fail and return the following error message, despite having a user type that includes an ArcGIS Drone2Map license:
Error: Your account is not licensed for Drone2Map. Please ask your organization administrator to assign you an add-on Drone2Map license or a user type that includes Drone2Map (e.g. GIS Professional).
Cause
The user is assigned the ArcGIS Drone2Map Advanced license. However, this license is only available for use in ArcGIS Drone2Map version 2021.1 when it is released in November 2021.
Note: The Drone2Map version 2021.1 has been made available as Beta in the Early Adopter Community (EAC) by invitation and is only available for use by selected customers or organizations.
Solution or Workaround
To resolve the issue, assign the ArcGIS Drone2Map license to the user. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Configure add-on licenses for one product for instructions to do so.
Note: In Step 3, on the Add-on licenses tab, navigate to Applications, and under ArcGIS Drone2Map, click Manage.
