ArcGIS Tapestry – Summary of Changes and Guidance for Existing Users

ArcGIS Tapestry is Esri’s geodemographic dataset that groups U.S. residential areas into segments based on shared demographic, socioeconomic, and lifestyle characteristics. This resource summarizes the new dataset in the June 2025 ArcGIS Online release which includes source material from Esri Updated Demographics, the 2020 Census, the American Community Survey, and consumer surveys such as MRI-Simmons.
