ArcGIS Pro 3.7 Patch 2 (3.7.2) Recalled

Published: October 5, 2026

It has been discovered that the reported version mismatch in ArcGIS Pro 3.7 Patch 2 (3.7.2) may affect more than the creation or upgrade of enterprise geodatabases in Oracle and could be contributing to application crashes in other workflows.

To prevent introducing software instability, 3.7.2 is being recalled. It has been removed from My Esri and the built-in software update and will be replaced by ArcGIS Pro 3.7 Patch 3 (3.7.3). ArcGIS Pro 3.7.3 is anticipated to be available on October 15, 2026.

Note:

If you have already installed the 3.7.2 patch and are encountering unexpected software failures, do the following to remove the patch.

  1. Open the Command Prompt
  2. Run msiexec.exe /i {E56D931B-27A0-4C1D-87F8-AFCDCD21A653} MSIPATCHREMOVE={C66ED6B0-26F8-4C58-AF16-61D37207F40F} /qb
  3. Upon completion, open ArcGIS Pro > About and verify that 3.7.2 has been removed.
