- FEAT: Ability to register relational ArcGIS Data Store components for monitoring
- FEAT: Rich Text element for Analysis Views. Allows users to display static text or images.
- FEAT: Table element for Analysis Views. Allows users to display data in tabular format.
- FEAT: Ability to create new Analysis views by importing a file
- FEAT: Ability to export existing Analysis views to a file
- FEAT: Pie charts now allow section labels
- FEAT: Pie charts now allow field ordering and series limits
- FEAT: Ability to customize the subject line for e-mail notifications
- FEAT: New "Services" metric for ArcGIS GeoEvent

- BUG-000172434 : The total number of portal users in previous versions of ArcGIS Monitor didn't align with the number of portal users in Portal Administrator directory.
- BUG-000169075 : Geoprocessing service and network analysis service associated with a routing service in ArcGIS Server fails to list
- BUG-000114613 : ArcGIS Monitor fails to list an Image Service if a Map Service with the same name exists in that folder / root folder
- BUG-000173031: Failure to create notifications in ArcGIS Monitor for existing emails, with resultant error "Validation Exception
- BUG-000173176: Notification emails based on agent status direct to the homepage instead of the agent overview page.
