ArcGIS for INSPIRE 10.8.1 Patch 3

This ArcGIS for INSPIRE (Desktop, Server) extension general maintenance patch improves INSPIRE compliance for view and download services as well as improves the geodatabase template for various data themes. We recommend all ArcGIS for INSPIRE customers download and install this patch at your earliest convenience to ensure the highest quality experience.

• Improve Compliance with changes in geodatabase templates and mapping files on most of the INSPIRE Annex II and III data themes, including: Agricultural and aquaculture facilities (AF), Area management / restriction / regulation zones & reporting units (AM), Mineral Resources (MR), Energy Resources (ER), Environmental monitoring Facilities (EF), Natural risk zones (NZ), Soil (SO), Production and industrial facilities (PF), and Sea regions (SR), Species distribution (SD), and Utility and governmental services (US) Statistical Units (SU) data theme.
• Fixed defects and validation errors reported (e.g. GetFeature request query issue for MS SQL and Oracle).

Note: ArcGIS for INSPIRE 10.8.1 must be installed before you can install this Patch.

Step 1: Download the patch (ArcGIS for INSPIRE 10.8.1 Patch 3) to a location other than the installation folder.

Step 2: Unzip the file and follow the Read-Me_ArcGISForINSPIRE_10_8_1P3_EN.pdf instructions to complete the install.
