ArcGIS Location Referencing 10.8.1 Patch 2 (Desktop | Server) for ArcGIS Roads and Highways

Desktop

1. Login with a Windows Administrator account.
2. Select and download the Desktop .msp.

3. Double-click the msp file to start the install process.
4. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.

1. Server
2. Login with a Windows Administrator account.
3. Select and download the Server .msp file.

4. Double-click the msp file to start the install process.
5. When Setup starts, follow the instructions on your screen.

To resolve the Relocate Events GP ERROR 00816 issue:

1. Select and download the .zip file.

2. Unzip the file on the machine where Location Referencing Server extension is installed.
3. Right-click the LocationReferencing1081_RelocateEvents.bat file and choose Run as administrator.

Desktop and Server

• Git495: Retiring a calibration point results in the oldest route time slice being deleted when there is more than one time slice for the route.
• Git497: Realigning a route to create a partial concurrency results in the event disappearing due to the Cover Behavior.
• BUG-000138731: Export network: A route expected in the export is not reported in the output if it is the 500th route in the batch.
  
  

Server

• BUG-000138399: After publishing the Relocate Events tool as a GP service "ERROR 00816: The tools is not valid." is generated from REST.
• BUG-000139161: Attempting to set multiple event attributes to null at the same time in Event Editor and save changes triggers the error Unable to save changes. Details: Specified Cast is not valid.
