Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 Pop-up Selected Feature Display Patch

Published: October 8, 2018

Summary

This patch resolves an issue, when pop ups are enabled, the selected feature geometry display can differ from the original feature geometry.

Description

EsriĀ® announces the Portal for ArcGIS 10.6.1 Pop-up Selected Feature Display Patch. When a layer in a web map is configured to use pop ups, and the user clicks on a feature to identify, the selected feature geometry displayed can differ from the geometry of the original feature. With this patch, both the selected feature geometry and the original selected feature geometry will match. Additionally, this patch resolves an issue with the webgisdr utility and restoring an incremental backup when the spatiotemporal big data store from ArcGIS Data Store is registered with the hosting server. It deals specifically with the issues listed below under Issues Addressed with this patch.

Issues Addressed with this patch

  • BUG-000115859 - When selecting line or polygon features for layers with pop-ups enabled, the selection symbology does not match the actual feature geometry.
  • BUG-000112342 - A webgisdr incremental restore fails when the spatiotemporal ArcGIS Data Store is registered to the hosting server.
