Updated MoView2 Sample

Summary

This is an update to the moView2 sample Visual Basic project that installs with the MapObjects 2.0 VB samples. Minor coding flaws are remedied here: The Add Layer dialog will now show you *.lft VPF tables; and the FIND dialog now displays multipoint layers for your selection.
