PLTS for ArcGIS 9.2 Foundation Patch 1

This Patch is obsolete. It has been replaced with PLTS for ArcGIS 9.2 Foundation Service Pack 2.

This patch enables a 9.1 MPS-Atlas .mxd to be saved and then re-opened as a 9.2 .mxd. It also includes a fix for the unit converter when working with negative values and a fix for defining VST specifications.
