Description

ESRI® is pleased to announce PLTS 3.1 Foundation Internationalization Service Pack. We recommend that our international customers who use PLTS on a non-English operating system download and install this Service Pack at their earliest convenience. The internationalization patch addresses issues related to PLTS when installed on a foreign operating system using the English locale. This update also allows PLTS to be localized using the PLTS 3.1 Foundation Localization Kit.
