Dynamic Zooming

Summary

This application, built in VB using MapObjects, allows the user to zoom in, zoom out and pan using only the mouse. The pan is a 'dynamic pan'; just push the mouse in the direction you would like to pan. The application also shows scale dependent display and attribute retrieval.
