Business Analyst Server 10.0 SP 3 Diagnostic Utility
We recommend downloading and using the Business Analyst Server 10.0 SP 3 Diagnostic Utility either before contacting Esri Technical Support or while in contact with Esri Technical Support. In order to get optimal results when running this, you need to use the “Run as Administrator” option when you right-click on BAServerDiagnosticUtility.exe.
Using This Utility
Download and extract the contents of Diagnostic Utility.zip. Once extracted, navigate to the BAServerDiagnosticUtility.exe file. Then right-click on the file and choose “Run as administrator”. Inside of the Diagnostic Utility, there are several tabs. On the Map Service tab, select the map service that you want to diagnose. Proceed to the other tabs and run the tests by choosing “Start Diagnostics” on the other tabs.
By choosing “View Report” you will be able to view the test name, result and some comments about the results. You can also save the report to an HTML file. This makes it easy to send to Esri Technical Support, if necessary.
