ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop Licensed File Geodatabase Patch
Esri® announces the ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop Licensed File Geodatabase Patch. This patch resolves a potential crash occurring when opening large, licensed file geodatabases, such as the StreetMap Premium network database. The issue exists intermittently on Windows 8 and 8.1, with increased severity on Windows 10. It is recommended that users of Business Analyst for Desktop 10.3.1 with a local dataset installed should apply this patch. It deals specifically with the issues listed below under Issues Addressed with this patch.
- BUG-000091802 - Investigate memory issues with licensed data on Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.0.
ArcGIS 10.3.1 for Desktop must be installed before installing this patch.
- Download the appropriate file to a location other than your ArcGIS installation location.

- Make sure you have write access to your ArcGIS installation location.
- Double-click ArcGIS-1031-DT-LFG-Patch.msp to start the setup process.
NOTE: If double clicking on the MSP file does not start the setup installation, you can start the setup installation manually by using the following command:
msiexec.exe /p [location of Patch]\ArcGIS-1031-DT-LFG-Patch.msp
