Workspace Name is Duplicated

Error Message

When publishing a web mapping service with the WFS capability, the following error is displayed:

"Workspace Name is Duplicated".

Cause

This error occurs when the WFS capability is enabled on a map service that has duplicate layers.

Solution or Workaround

As per the WFS OGC specification, WFS map services cannot have duplicate layers.

To work around this issue, disable the WFS capability on the map service. If the WFS capability is required, edit the map document and remove duplicate feature layers.
