Why won't ArcPad accept my registration code?

If ArcPad has been installed by a computer administrator, they also need to register the software.

If a user who does not have administrative rights tries to enter in the registration code, the software does not recognize the code and continues to report that ArcPad is being used in the evaluation mode.
