Answer

When ArcGIS 9.2 or 9.3 products are installed, uninstalled, or repaired after ArcGIS Explorer 900, 1200 or 1500 is installed, a prompt to repair the ArcGIS Explorer setup is returned upon launching ArcGIS Explorer.
