Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 ArcObjects Developer Help may fail to launch if the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Help Library Agent is running while local content is being updated or installed.

To exit the Help Library Agent, right-click its tray icon and select Exit. Local Developer Help will launch successfully once the Help Library Agent is no longer running.
