Why do I get a "Sorry...Login Required" when trying to access one of the Knowledge Base articles?

The articles that return "Sorry, login required" are articles that discuss solutions to ESRI software products' known issues. To view articles with this return, a login with an ESRI Global account is first required.

Create an ESRI Global account, if necessary, by visiting ESRI Online Support Center homepage and click 'Create Account' on the left side of the screen.

Those who have used ESRI Discussion Forums or ArcScripts in the past have an ESRI Global account.
