Why are there no Business Analyst Properties when configuring a Business Analyst Capable Map Service in ArcGIS Server Manager?

The Business Analyst capability is a Server Object Extension. ArcGIS Server Manager does not support server object extensions. The Business Analyst capability is listed in the Capabilities page of the map service properties, but the properties of the Business Analyst capability are not configurable in ArcGIS Server Manager. Use ArcCatalog to configure the properties of the Business Analyst capability of a map service.
