Frequently asked question

Which OS versions support scheduled updates to shared pages in ArcGIS Insights?

Last Published: August 4, 2020

Answer

The following operating systems have been tested for compatibility with scheduled updates to shared pages. Operating systems labelled as Supported are compatible with scheduled updates. Operating systems labelled as Supported – Sandboxing must be enabled are only supported if sandboxing is enabled on the OS first. For more information, see Configure Insights in ArcGIS Enterprise. Operating systems labelled as Unsupported do not contain the required modules to support Chromium. Those operating systems can be updated by installing the required modules or updating the OS to a supported version.
