Use the following field mappings when geocoding with the US Streets with Zone address or locator style:

ADLF = House Left From 
ADLT = House Left To
ADRF = House Right From
ADRT = House Right From
DIRPABV_AL = Prefix Direction

NAME_ALF = Street Name
SUFFABV_ALF = Street Suffix
DIRSABV_AL = Suffix Direction
ZIPCOLEF = Left Zone
