Where do I get the error message corresponding to a giomgr exit code?

The exit codes are documented in the topic 'Return Codes' under the C API Function reference section in ArcSDE Developer Help. The ArcSDE Developer help is available on all the ArcSDE install CDs as well as at the ESRI Online Support Center. The exit codes are also defined in the sdeerno.h file that is installed, in the $SDEHOME\include directory, with the ArcSDE C API Client.
