Frequently asked question

Where can I find Enterprise geodatabase system and user tables for each version of ArcGIS?

Last Published: April 24, 2024

Answer

There are two types of tables present in enterprise geodatabases: those that store user data (datasets) and system tables that implement geodatabase functionality in the database. As a database administrator, you will see both types of tables when you query the database. For an explanation of these tables, download the PDF for the type of database and the ArcGIS release you use.
