When running AddInstance.exe on a localized server installation, the dialog is not translated.

Description

When running AddInstance.exe on a localized server installation, the dialog is not translated.

Cause

AddInstance.exe is installed in the "\dotnet" subfolder, while its localized resources are located in the "\bin" subfolder.

Workaround

1. Copy AddInstance.exe from the "\dotnet" subfolder.
2. Paste AddInstance.exe into the "\bin" subfolder.
3. Run AddInstance.exe from the "\bin" subfolder.
