'7118: Parsing Error'

Error Message

During the authorization process of ArcGIS Reality Studio 2026.1 using a single-use license, the following error is returned:

'7118: Parsing Error'. (Message Id: <id>)

Cause

The error occurs if diacritic characters are used in the contact information.

Solution or Workaround

Remove all diacritic characters from the contact information and try authorizing ArcGIS Reality Studio again. The authorization process completes successfully.
