What version of IBM Cognos was selected when installing Esri Maps for Cognos?

To find out what version of IBM Cognos was selected when installing Esri Maps for Cognos, open the em4c.xml file. This file is in the following location:

<em4c install location>/em4c/bin/em4c.xml

Open the em4c.xml file using Notepad or a similar text editor. The version is noted in the <ibmCognosVersion> tag, for example:

<installpath>C:\Program Files\esrimaps\em4c</installpath> 
<ibmCognosVersion>C10.2.1</ibmCognosVersion>
