What does VPF data look like?

Answer

The icons currently used for VPF data in the ArcCatalog 8.1 software are different than those illustrated in the Using ArcCatalog book. The book shows the icons for VPF coverages as being similar to ArcInfo coverage icons, but red. The actual icons used are similar to PC ARC/INFO coverage icons with a ‘V’, and are teal green. The icons for VPF tables are also teal green at the top.
