Water Utility Network and Attribute Assistant toolbars showing up "Missing".

Description

When trying to enable the Attribute Assistant, Water Utility Network Editing, and Reporting toolbars in ArcMap, their buttons show up with a "Missing" message, as shown in the image below:

Cause

The Water Utility Network and Attribute Assistant add-ins are not properly configured.

Solution or Workaround

1. Ensure that the Water Utility Network and Attribute Assistant add-in files (.esriAddIn) have been added to the appropriate folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.X\bin\Addins. If needed, these files can simply be copied and pasted to this location.

2. Open ArcMap and click on the Customize tab > Add-In Manager, and if the add-ins are in the My Add-Ins section, delete them so they will be shown in the Shared Add-Ins section, as shown in the following image.
