Users are directed to the organization's ArcGIS Online login page instead of the home page

Description

Users that visit an organization's ArcGIS Online site are directed to the login page instead of the organization's home page. Shared data by the organization is inaccessible to the user unless login details are provided.

Cause

The organization's ArcGIS Online homepage has not been configured for anonymous access. By default, the anonymous access policy in the ArcGIS Online Security settings is unchecked.

Solution or Workaround

1. Log in to the ArcGIS Online Organization as an administrator.
   
2. Navigate to My Organization > Edit Settings > Security tab > Policies.
   
3. Check the 'Allow anonymous access to your organization' check box.
   
   
4. Save the settings.
