Unable to display a combination of bands that includes infrared when using JPEG 2000

Description

In ArcMap 9.3.x, when using certain versions of JPEG 2000 (JP2) 4-band imagery and choosing to display a combination of bands that includes infrared, the image is not displayed correctly.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Solution or Workaround

Export the image to a new file (for example, TIFF or JP2) using the 'Convert Raster to Other Formats' tool or the 'Copy Raster' tool in ArcMap.
