Unable to change password for user 'admin'

Description

**This issue has been resolved in ArcGIS 9.3.1 Service Pack 2.**

In ArcGIS Server Manager, changing the password for the user 'admin' returns the following error message:

"Unable to change password for user 'admin'"

Cause

ArcGIS Server Manager is providing erroneous information.

Workaround

The password did get changed as expected; log out and log back in with the new password.
