Tools grayed out in the Oriented Imagery Viewer

Description

Sometimes, not all of the tools will be available in the Oriented Imagery Viewer - some will be inactivated (grayed out). Please see the following information to understand why some tools may not be available.

Solution or Workaround

Image Gallery

Image gallery only supports the image formats that are internally tiled, such as MRF or COG. It does not support JPEG images (not tiled) and MRF and COG formats without the file extension .mrf or .tif. The images should be available in publicly accessible cloud storage or as feature attachments (.tif only). If the Image gallery is disabled, the current image in the oriented imagery viewer is not internally tiled or does not have the required file extension. See: View oriented imagery layers

Image Enhancement

Image enhancements are not supported for 360-degree images. See the Utilities section of the previous reference.

Image Measurement

The Image measurement tool is enabled only if the Orientation Accuracy property is defined for the oriented imagery layer, as stated in  Work with the oriented imagery viewer.
