Tomcat start results in "Error 2140: An internal Windows NT error occurred"

Error Message

After reboot, Tomcat service will not start automatically or manually. I receive this message: "Error 2140: An internal Windows NT error occurred."


This is not an ArcIMS problem.

Is RealPresenterBasic 8.01 Build installed on the system?

There is a conflict between RealPresenter and Tomcat.

Solution or Workaround

RealPresenter has two programs: RealPresenter and Real Server 7.0.

Uninstall Real Server 7.0 and Tomcat should start.
