PROBLEM
The Workflow Manager (Classic) JavaScript Viewer is overwritten after installing patch updates for Portal for ArcGIS
Description
After installing the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2022 Update 2 Patch for 10.9.1 or 11.0, or the Portal for ArcGIS QuickCapture Security Patch for 10.9.1, the Workflow Manager (Classic) JavaScript Viewer configuration file deployed to the .../apps/workflow folder is no longer accessible.
Cause
The files deployed for the JavaScript Viewer to the …/apps/workflow folder may be overwritten during the patch update for 10.9.1 or 11.0.
Solution or Workaround
Manually redeploy the JavaScript Viewer files to the …/apps/workflow folder.
Alternatively, deploy the web app into the web folder of the HTTP server.
