ERROR
The following error is displayed or is found in the event log after installing ArcGIS or the ArcGIS license manager:
"The Sntnlusb service failed to start due to the following error: The service can not be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."
A USB hardware key driver is installed with the license manager or ArcGIS. If not using a USB hardware key, the driver will display this error. The license manager will continue to run properly.

Note:
If using ArcView or ArcEditor Single-Use, remove the ESRI License Manager and Sentinel System Driver from Add/Remove programs; it is not used.
