Error Message

When creating a Provisioning File on My Esri, the following error may be returned:

Unfortunately, the product(s) listed below cannot be licensed at this time. Recent changes might have impacted the quantity you requested.

Cause

The error may be caused by the different types of licenses (ELA / Commercial / Partners / Education, etc.) grouped together in one Provisioning File. 

Solution or Workaround

To solve the issue, create separate Provisioning Files for each different type of license. 

The type of license is visible in MyEsri under each Authorization Number, as shown in the following image:
