The Parcel Editor's Regenerate command applies incorrect bearings on some curves' radial lines

Description

The Parcel Editor's Regenerate command applies incorrect bearings to the radial lines of curves that have a central angle greater than 180 degrees.

Cause

These incorrect bearings can only occur if the initial release of ArcGIS 10.2.2 for Desktop Parcel Fabric General Maintenance Patch, dated 10-01-2014, has been installed. These incorrect values are written only if the Regenerate command is then run on parcels with curves greater than 180 degrees.

Workaround

1. Add the parcel fabric data to ArcMap and start editing.
2. Select the parcels that must be corrected.
3. Run the Regenerate command.
