Error: System.Exception: Unable to Clone Page Layout

Error Message

The following error may occur when the user tries to create a map series by using MPS Atlas:

"System.Exception: Unable to Clone the page layout ---> System.Exception: Unable to clone source ---> System.Exception: Unable to save Object ---> System.Exception: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131500.

Cause

The machine running PLTS MPS Atlas has a version of Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) that is version 2.5 or earlier. MDAC needs to be updated to version 2.6 or greater.
