PROBLEM
When geoprocessing tools such as Delete Rows, Delete Features and Append are used on data in a checkout replica, the features fail to synchronize with the primary geodatabase.
Note: This article only applies to ArcGIS for Desktop Standard and ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced versions 10.1 and prior.
This is a known limitation when certain geoprocessing tools are applied on replicated data outside of an edit session in ArcMap, since the tools do not track edits made to data in a checkout replica.
