Sharing a SharePoint data layer to ArcGIS Portal on Kubernetes fails

Description

The ArcGIS for SharePoint app fails to share a SharePoint list (with attachments) with Kubernetes portals.

Cause

When a user is signed into ArcGIS for SharePoint using an ArcGIS Enterprise portal on Kubernetes account and shares a SharePoint list, the sharing process will fail if the list has attachments.

Solution or Workaround

Until the issue is resolved in the ArcGIS Enterprise Kubernetes portals, please avoid sharing SharePoint lists with attachments. Remove the attachments from the SharePoint list and once the sharing is completed. Attach the documents to the appropriate features directly in ArcGIS portal. The issue was only noticed in ArcGIS Enterprise portals on Kubernetes. Enterprise portals on Windows and Linux should work without any issues.
