HOW TO
The instructions provided describe how to recover when the Populate process leaves a product in a mixed state.
One of the final steps in populating a product instance is checking the MDF database and product MXD back into the Product Library. This procedure involves moving the product MXD back into the Product Library, unmounting the product MDF from the local SQL Server Express, and moving the MDF back into the Product Library.
Occasionally, the product MDF is not checked back into the Product Library. This leaves the product instance in a mixed state which means that the product MXD is checked in but the accompanying product database is not.
