Technical Support Add-on Package for Esri Geoportal Server Product Sales Update

Description

The annual technical support add-on package for Esri Geoportal Server is being discontinued effective immediately. Geoportal Server is an open-source product and Esri will not offer technical support through Esri Technical Support Services. 

Note: 
Customers who have deployed Esri Geoportal Server with an ArcGIS for INSPIRE classic implementation will continue to receive technical support according to the ArcMap product life cycle. 

Recommendation

No action is required by the customer, as the Esri Geoportal Server product will continue to be accessible. If customers require assistance, they can: 

• Submit issues through Github. 
  • https://github.com/Esri/geoportal-server-harvester/issues
  • https://github.com/Esri/geoportal-server-catalog/issues
• Purchase a 20-hour remote services package. 
• Utilize an active Advantage Program.
