Description

• ArcGIS Navigator will no longer be sold as an add-on premium app and instead it will be an included app with the Mobile Worker, Creator, Professional, and Professional Plus user type licenses as of the ArcGIS Online June 2025 update.
• With this change, ArcGIS Navigator will be an included app accessed through user types. It will be included with the Mobile Worker, Creator, Professional, and Professional Plus user types.

Recommendation

Customers must upgrade Viewer or Contributor licenses that are paired with ArcGIS Navigator to the Mobile Worker or above user type.
