Zooming into 2004 PhotoMapper imagery from AirPhoto USA causes the imagery to disappear

**Internal Publish Only! This article may contain information that is not intended for external circulation.**When zooming into 2004 PhotoMapper imagery from AirPhoto USA, it disappears in the data frame.

Cause

This is a known issue with AirPhoto USA.

Solution or Workaround

1. On the Network drive, uninstall PhotoMapper and install 'PhotoMapper 4.2.2' in the same folder as previous version.
2. On each machine that has ArcGIS 9.1, uninstall 'AirPhotoUSA MapHandler' and install 'AirPhotoUSA MapHandler v4.23 Prerelease for ArcGIS 8.x or 9.x.'
   
   

   Warning:
   Do NOT make a copy of the network license manager .plm file. The AirPhoto USA license manager may get confused if it sees multiple copies on the same server.
