Unable to share an ArcGIS Dashboards project with Everyone

Description

Once an ArcGIS Dashboards project has been saved and it is necessary to share it, the option to share with 'Everyone' is not available.

Cause

The option to share content with everyone throughout the ArcGIS Online organization or ArcGIS Enterprise portal must be enabled.

Solution or Workaround

To share the project with people outside the organization, the sharing settings policy within the ArcGIS Online organization or ArcGIS Enterprise portal must be changed.

Warning:
It is necessary to be logged in as an Administrator to change these settings.

1. Log into ArcGIS.com or the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
2. Navigate to Organization > Settings and click the Security tab.
3. Toggle the for 'Members who are not administrators can make their content, groups, and profile public.' option.

4. If the dashboard is open, it is necessary to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
