PROBLEM
In some instances, after creating new built-in accounts, attempts to log in to Portal for ArcGIS using the accounts as new users fail.
The ‘Allow users to create new built-in accounts’ option is not checked in Portal for ArcGIS.
Note: Only users with an administrator's account can perform the following workflow.
In Portal for ArcGIS, follow the workflow in Portal for ArcGIS: Built-in portal accounts to resolve the issue.
