Unable to install the Portal for ArcGIS Application Display Patch

Description

Attempts to install the Portal for ArcGIS Application Display Patch fail because the process is interrupted on the installation wizard. The installation wizard also does not allow the selection of an install directory.

Cause

The Portal for ArcGIS Validation and Repair tool is not installed on the machine.

Solution or Workaround
