Unable to edit related tables in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder

Description

In Portal for ArcGIS, when attempting to edit a related table using the Edit widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the related table pop-up continues loading, but does not display the related table’s information.

Cause

This is a known issue resulting from the installation of Portal for ArcGIS Security 2020 Update 1 Patch or Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 High Availability Licensing Patch. Refer to BUG-000132131 and BUG-000129924 for more information.

Solution or Workaround

Use one of the following workarounds to resolve:

Install Portal for ArcGIS High Availability and Disaster Recovery Quality Patch as a replacement

Note:
Uninstalling Portal for ArcGIS Security 2020 Update 1 Patch or Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1 High Availability Licensing Patch is not necessary as installing Portal for ArcGIS High Availability and Disaster Recovery Quality Patch fully replaces the older patches.

Upgrade Portal for ArcGIS to version 10.8.0 or later
