Unable to collect data in ArcGIS Field Maps

Description

Attempts to collect data in the ArcGIS Field Maps app fail, and return the following message, "The form contains unsupported data."

Cause

• There are special system fields added to the form that are not supported.
• There are corrupted layers.

Solution or Workaround

Depending on the cause, choose one of the workarounds below to resolve the issue:

• Update the ArcGIS Field Maps app to the latest version.

Note:
To check the version of the ArcGIS Field Maps app, open the app and navigate to Profile > About Field Maps. The App Version and Build number are displayed on the About Field Maps page.

• Remove the corrupted layers and replace them with new layers.
