PROBLEM
When attempting to configure an app in ArcGIS Instant Apps, the configuration page is inaccessible, as shown in the image below.
This issue occurs when an ad blocker or website blocker is in use.
Use one of the following options to resolve this issue.
Add the ArcGIS website URL to the ad blocker or website blocker trusted sites list
Note: Contact the organization's IT department to add ArcGIS sites to the trusted sites list.
Add www.arcgis.com to the trusted sites list to turn off pop-up blocking on the ArcGIS Instant Apps website.
Configure the app in a different browser
Use a different browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer to log in to ArcGIS Online and configure the app from ArcGIS Instant Apps.
